Coaching Program Format
Transformational Coaching is for educators and leaders in education (SEL specialists, coaches, administrators, team leads, educators, etc.) who are ready to become confident, transformational, Heart-CenterED Changemakers within and beyond the classroom. Transformational coaching sessions are individualized or team-specific and supported through a virtual format that is flexible and available to meet your preferences.

Initial 30-minute complimentary connection call
1:1 or team-specific Heart-CenterED Transformational Coaching Sessions
Monthly Heart-CenterED Changemakers Community Sessions
Access to ongoing support between coaching sessions through a messaging app

How Does it Work?
Transformational coaching takes a proactive approach in your life within and beyond education. We look at where you are and where you want to be, then we co-create the path towards your goal. Coaching engages you in powerful reflective experiences to uncover what is needed for you to take action to choose and create who you get to be. Coaching pulls forward the thoughts, patterns, blindspots, beliefs, and actions that have been hindering your growth. Coaching acknowledges that every person and experience is unique and follows a flexible framework (The Butterfly Coaching Cycle, see below).
