Lindsey Frank developed the Embodiment Cards in alignment with the Educating Mindfully Mindfulness-Based Learning Framework when she was the President and Director. These cards support adults to integrate supportive skills, which then ripple out into the communities they serve within and beyond the classroom. These cards are available as a digital download to support transforming your classroom and schools, mindfully.
Engage in the free self-guided mindfulness-based learning program that Lindsey helped co-create, and is one of the instructors.

Body & Brain offers a unique and easily accessible approach to connecting within. I have been a Body & Brain practitioner since 2016, and I am a Dahn Master. This organization is dedicated to a collective vision of cultivating 100,000,000 Earth Citizens, and was the catalyst for my personal growth journey.
As you continue your transformational journey, Body & Brain offers powerful trainings that I often recommend to clients when their heart is ready to meet itself at a deep, lasting level.
Visit their website for aligned, heart-centered, eco-friendly products and experiences.
Throughout the year, I teach special classes. Be sure to subscribe to my email list and follow me on social media to see when I am guiding a class.

Coalition of Schools Educating Mindfully is dedicated to fostering the mental health and well-being of learning communities through mindfulness-based learning and leadership. Educating Mindfully envisions an embodied and thriving educational ecosystem where mindfulness-based learning cultivates a world of mindful global citizens.
I was a part of Educating Mindfully since 2018, and was the President and Director of Educating Mindfully from 2022-2026. During my leadership, I led the co-creation (and was the lead co-author) of the Mindfulness-Based Learning Framework, Micro-Credential Program, and learncast/podcast. Although the nonprofit needed to sunset in 2026, we were able to make all of the resources open-to-all. You can find out more on the Educating Mindfully website, purchase our Educating Mindfully book (I wrote Chapter 34), and visit the YouTube channel for self-paced learning.
If you are an education professional and are ready to extend your transformation into your classroom and leadership, consider exploring Educating Mindfully.

Mindvalley is essentially an online university for personal growth (and has in-person experiences). It has been an essential part of my path, and was where I met one of my other main personal growth mentors, Anodea Judith (I was a Chakra Healing Quest Ambassador), along with several other teachers whom I have learned from: Jeffrey Allen, Vishen Lakhiani (I was a Silva Ultramind Ambassador & Beta Tester), Donna Eden, Neale Donald Walsch, Nir Eyal, Ariya Lorenz, Michael Beckwith, Ken Honda, Verne Harnish, Lisa Nichols, Agapi Stassinopoulos, Emily Fletcher, Naveen Jain, Gerard Adams, Juan Pablo Barahona, Christie Marie Sheldon, Jim Kwik, and continue to learn with master teachers.
Although I am not an affiliate for Mindvalley, I believe in their work and fully support their mission. I have recommended my clients to explore certain Quests to support their transformational journeys.

Peak Yoga and Wellness is the studio where I guide yoga, meditation, holistic practices, workshops, and retreat experiences. Peak is located in Palatine, Illinois, and owned by Payton Kiely. This is a wonderful community that offers accessible experiences that support your nervous system regulation. Transformation is not a “one and done” experience; it unfolds over time—for our entire life.
As you continue your journey, if you are local and looking to extend your personal practice in a supportive community that is dedicated to your growth, consider joining the Peak community.

Anodea Judith is one of my mentor guides and has been a big part of my personal growth journey since 2019. Anodea is the creator of Sacred Centers Academy, where she and her team of teachers have created professional learning tracks to explore and embody the powerful map within us: our chakra system.
I have been a supportive guide alongside Anodea through her online coursework experiences, assisted and participated in her in-person workshops, and have been a part of the Sacred Centers Academy learning tracks.
Much of my work embeds the wisdom of the chakras, yet in a way that is accessible and aligned with my heart model.

A Space of Clarity is owned by my heart-centered friend, Sarah Rulseh, and is based in Chicago. When you experience deep personal transformation, often there comes a moment during the process when you realize that your outer world no longer reflects your new inner world. Or that the current clutter of your environment hinders your growth steps. When this happens, it is an invitation to reorganize your “space of clarity” so that your environment supports your continued growth.
I am not an affiliate of A Space of Clarity; however, I know Sarah’s work, have recommended clients to work with her (and they speak highly of her), and know the value of having clarity of our minds and spaces.
